Campaign FAQS

Learn About our Family Campaigns

What are campaigns at Badwolf Adventure Studios?

Campaigns are long-form stories that take players on a multi-session journey. Characters progress, level up, gain powerful abilities, and face evolving challenges. The stories immerse you in a world of infinite choices with real consequences. Campaigns meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to continue their quest, with players having the opportunity to play in-person or virtually.

The year is divided into four quarterly mini-campaigns, each consisting of 12 sessions. Players start at level 1 and progress through tiers, eventually reaching level 20. Between tiers, players have the opportunity to change characters if they wish. Each quarter builds with tension and concludes with an exciting story wrap-up, giving players a sense of accomplishment.

Players can register for either weekly or bi-weekly play for an entire 12-session tier. Returning players are given priority booking when a new tier begins. However, new players are always welcome to join as spots become available.

There are two payment options available. Players can choose to pay weekly at $30 per session, or they can pay for the entire quarter upfront for $355, which includes a $5 discount.

Yes, players who have perfect attendance or provide timely (24-hour advance) cancellations for all sessions in a quarter will receive a free 3D-printed miniature of their character. This miniature reflects the growth and development of their character over the quarter.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing [email protected] to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made on the same day as the scheduled session, 50% of the session fee will be charged. If a player does not show up or fails to cancel, the full session fee will be charged.

Our Game Masters (GMs) use every miniature, piece of terrain, and theatrical element to bring your story to life. You can join an existing campaign or create one with friends. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Join our short waitlist, and we’ll help craft your perfect campaign.
