How to Prepare for Your Booking
We recommend that participants provide their own digital device, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, to supplement their game. We also offer Chromebooks on-site for in-person players to use. Participants are welcome to use their own set of dice, or use digital dice while they play.

Social Contract Policy, Terms, and Conditions
This individual (referred to as “Participant“, “I“, or “me“) desires to participate in a Badwolf Adventure Studios service, including but not limited to campaign sessions, one-shot Adventures, and learn-to-play classes (collectively, the “Activity“) provided by Badwolf Adventure Studios LLC, a Limited Liability Company with offices located at 3015 Coon Rapids Boulevard NW Coon Rapids, MN 55433 (the “Company“). In consideration of the value that I will gain by participating in the Activity and in recognition of the Company’s reliance hereon, I agree to all the policies set out in this instrument (the “Agreement“).
Social Contract Policy:
- COSTUMES AND EQUIPMENT
- Offensive or otherwise objectionable costumes and equipment are prohibited.
- Negligent use of costumes and equipment that are sharp or otherwise harmful is prohibited.
- BEHAVIOR
- The Participant is required to conduct themselves appropriately to participate in the Activity. Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behaviors, including failing to adhere to posted safety regulations, are prohibited.
- If the Participant performs illicit or belligerent behaviors, the Participant is prohibited from the Activity. The Participant displaying these behaviors will be escorted from Company property without refund, turned over to the proper authorities, and all Agreements between the Participant and Company shall be terminated.
- The Participant acknowledges that the Company and other participants may ban some topics. The Participant is prohibited from engaging in these subjects during the Activity.
- MISCELLANEOUS
- Smoking (whether cigarettes or vaping)—is allowed only in designated smoking areas. Smoking in non-designated areas is prohibited.
- A Participant under the influence of alcohol or other recreational drugs is prohibited from participating on Company premises.
- The Participant must maintain proper hygiene. Violation of proper hygiene is prohibited.
- The Company is not a licensed mental health institution. The Participant may not use the Activity as a replacement for proper mental health treatments.
- Any other activities deemed disruptive by the Company are prohibited.
Banned Topics:
- The Company’s Activity will not include any material illegal under Minnesota and Federal Law.
- The Company agrees to exclude from the Activity, and steer other participants in the same Activity away from, subject matters requested by the Participant to the Company or their assigned Game Master.
Game Master Selection
- The Company has an internal process to select a Game Master to best fit each service to be performed.
- The Customer may provide information to aid the selection process.
- The Company will not adhere to requests to select a Game Master based on discriminatory attributes.
- Discriminatory attributes include, but are not limited to, a Game Master’s:
- Gender;
- Sexuality;
- Age;
- Other protected classes; and
- Other attributes the Company deems inappropriate.

Enforcement Rights:
- The Company maintains the right to enforce any of the stated policies above. Enforcement by the company may include:
- Verbal or written warnings;
- Ceasing the Activity for that session;
- Termination of all of the Participant’s Activities;
- Removal from the Company’s premises and escorted out by proper authorities; and
- Any other enforcement action the Company deems reasonable.
- The Agreement may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the Participant and the Company, including through written communication or electronic communication.
- The Participant may terminate this Agreement at any time.
- The Company maintains the right to enforce any of the stated policies above. Enforcement by the company may include:
I UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS IN REGARDS TO MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITY PERFORMED BY THE COMPANY FROM THE EFFECTIVE SIGNATURE DATE TO ETERNITY. I UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY REVOKE AUTHORIZATION AT ANY TIME, EVEN THOUGH THIS REVOCATION MAY INTERFERE WITH MY ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE COMPANY.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE FULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD EACH OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS AND THAT I UNDERSTAND I MUST FOLLOW THE POLICIES STATED TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PRIOR TO SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY TO REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT. I AM EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY AND FOR ADEQUATE CONSIDERATION, INTENDING TO BE FULLY BOUND.
Reschedule & Cancellation Policy:
Players may reschedule their booking without charge up to 24 hours preceding their scheduled session. Same-day reschedule requests must be made via email to info@badwolfadventurestudios.
Players may cancel their booking without charge up to 24 hours preceding their scheduled session. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled session price. If a player does not call to cancel their booking or does not show up for their scheduled session, they will be charged the full booking fee. This cancellation policy does not apply to Campaign subscriptions.
