Professional Game Master

Game Masters at Badwolf Adventure Studios are more than a storyteller, referee, and performer. They are true professionals, from the very first email contact, to the final goodbye at the end of the session. Our Game Masters hold a high standard of excellence, and offer outstanding communication and professionalism at all times. Creativity is empowered, and Game Masters are counted on to provide the best game possible while giving players an experience worth their time and money. Game Masters are part of a creative collaborative, and are given access to both fantastic technology and a massive toolbox to draw on to provide game-play to their players.

Responsibilities and Duties

•Run regular campaign sessions, one-shot adventures, and “learn-to” classes for customers.

•Develop and prepare ongoing content for campaigns and adventures.

•Onboard new players and maintain communication about game preparation and scheduling.

•Assist with various on-site activities as needed.

•Assist with off-site marketing opportunities and events as needed.

Qualifications

•Mastery of 5th Edition game-play and familiarity with tabletop role-playing games, including previous game master experience.

•Creative and inventive, with the ability to accept constructive criticism.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

•Effective time management skills with a proven ability to stay on schedule.

•Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean work environment.

•Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Compensation

$15 per player per session, with 3 hour sessions averaging 4 to 6 players. Please note, this is a 1099 contractor position.
